At the end of each school year, students move out of their college houses or apartments. This leaves lots of waste (used furniture) on the streets of Dinkytown and the surrounding neighborhoods. This is not only an eye sore but also a waste of perfectly good furniture that would be desirable for people moving into houses come fall semester.

The property management company could then pair your posts with the renters who will be moving into the house the following year. They can pick out items they want left in the house and which items they do not want. This will help reduce the cost of move in/ move out and also reduce the waste surrounding move out time.
